Once I finish the week of high-level strategy at the AUSA Global Force Symposium in Huntsville, Alabama from March 24-26, 2026, I’m struck by a single, recurring theme: Everyone has the tools, but very few people have the mission.
In the defense and logistics world, we talk a lot about "automation," but at Strategic Logistic Technologies (StratLogTech), we’re focused on something deeper. We’re focused on the leader behind the machine.
The "Vending Machine" Trap
Right now, most people treat AI like a vending machine—you put in a prompt, you get a result. But if everyone is getting the same "perfect" math, where is the leadership? The real advantage in 2026 isn't just using AI; it’s directing it.
That’s why I’m heading straight from Alabama to the Twillman House this Saturday. I want to bring these high-level strategic concepts home to our St. Louis community.
Join Us: Pre-Easter Pop-up Shop
We’ll be set up at the Twillman House for the local pop-up shop, and I’d love to meet you face-to-face.
Where: 11840 Bellefontaine Rd, St. Louis, MO
When: Saturday, March 28 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Entry: Free!
Grab Your Strategy Roadmap Flyer
We won’t just be talking; we’ll be giving you the tools to act. Stop by the StratLogTech table to pick up our physical 2026 Strategy Roadmap Flyer.
This flyer is a visual "cheat sheet" for the year ahead. It maps out how to move from being overwhelmed by "Robot Work" to becoming an Active Director of AI. It’s designed to be pinned to your office wall as a daily reminder to lead with Mission-First Integrity.
The Big Reveal: April 1st
Everything we’re doing this week—from the halls of AUSA to the community tables in St. Louis—is leading to April 1st. That is the day we officially launch the Synergize the Braintrust Mastery Series.
Keep an eye on our YouTube channel and this blog on Wednesday. We’ll be dropping the full 12-month curriculum and showing you exactly how to shake hands with the future.
Don't just use technology. Lead the mission.
See you at the Twillman House!
